The sandwich chain does not use yellow mustard anymore. The only reason why they dropped it out of their menu is backseat it is not fast to work with, and slows down the meal preparation process. Jimmy John’s, on the other hand, is all about fast delivery, so they stopped using yellow mustard.

However, if you must have yellow mustard in your sandwich, they can provide you with separate packets that you can use. For the same reason, they use only one type of cheese in their products.

Jimmy John’s used to offer optional topping of sprouts on top of their products, but they had to stop doing this because of the various illnesses caused by eating raw sprouts. But they kept growing sprouts in the past two years.
